We are in unprecedented times which has affected us all, and we will never forget the year 2020 or COVID-19. We want to reassure all our clients that our Carers and Staff are following practices and procedures precisely, to ensure that they and our Service Users are safe and the Company’s daily administration runs smoothly without interruption.We are committed to ensuring that our clients can remain safe and cared for at home throughout this challenging time. We continued to provide care to all our clients through the pandemic, with our staff who have had specific infection control and Covid 19 training and have had their Covid vaccines. We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our practices, without compromising the high quality of our services. Thanks to our wonderful and dedicated office staff and carers who are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our clients by their correct use of PPE and carrying out regular Covid tests. We will, during these challenging times, continue to deliver our highly skilled and quality services to our Services Users and will in the future, when eventually we are able to get back to some sort of normality.
