First Practice Health care Ltd was established in 2010 to provide reliable and quality care/support to vulnerable people who choose to live and function in the community despite the health conditions, physical disabilities, frailty and other life circumstances they have experienced. We are specialists in Domiciliary care for older people, adults with short-term, long term and complex care, respite care, adults and adolescent mental health care, domestic assistance, sleep-in/sit-in-services, hospital to home follow-up, adult re-enablement and supported housing. We are CQC ( Care Quality Commission) registered and our services are person-centred to suit each individual.

What we do 

We are specialists in Domiciliary care for vulnerable people with short / long term care needs, also respite and complex care needs. We also provide support for adults and adolescent with mental care needs, sit-in / sleep-in services, hospital to home follow up, supported living and domestic assistance. We carefully and specifically recruit carers with the right values that meets the needs of our clients and offer them on-going comprehensive training to ensure the delivery of highest quality of person centred care for ALL needs identified.To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, we prioritise and ensure all our staff pass the through background checks, PoliceClearance checks (DBS) , reference checks and full mandatory training prior to commencing work with clients to ensure the highest standards of care.We have contracts with HR & Employment consultancy for employment and legal areas of our HR operations. We encourage private and confidential feedbacks from our carers, service-users and their friends/ families. Clients are informed that feedbacks provided will be confidential and used to improve our services. Our Management has an open-door policy and are approachable, lending support and listening to the staff, clients and their family members.
